Hello,

I did a standard config for WebVue and, after login with success it never opens the first mimic.
I am using version 15.0 and a DMZ configuration.

Any idea?

Nico

Hello,
Some questions;
-Was it working before (with previous version) or is it a new configuration?
-Do you have any message displayed in event viewer?
-Do you have some logs ( fromInetpub/logs/Sv Website with High level configuration from WDC)?
-Did you try with another Mimic? And check Profile settings?

Issue reproduced with logs (attached)
The only 'weird' stuff I can see is the following error:
2020-08-03 03:27:01.6880,GraphicalData.PropertyClient.PropertyClient,Debug,Ping failed. Error code: S_Ok
It is coming back every 15s

Do you think it is related?

Suite of my tests.
- Deploy a website ON the Backend itself. Check a webvue connection is running from a webbrowser ON the backend => OK
=> So the issue is really due to the DMZ I guess

- Check the callback port (8091) is not blocked => Disable all firewalls => Same issue

- Set the 'Graphical Data / Machine Name' with Backend name => Same issue

Eureka!

Previously I did this: - Set the 'Graphical Data / Machine Name' with Backend name => Same issue
Now I did that: - Set the 'Graphical Data / Machine Name' with TCP/IP address => Working :woohoo:

My bad as the backend machine name was not solved by DNS server.
