Hi Tijo,
It could be a problem from IIS configuration, firewall or backend ?
Could you just check these elements please ?

Hi I have the same issue Code 12
PcVue 12.0.9. I checked / changes many parameters but same issue.
Architecture : 1 server + 1 webserver
So i ll try to downgrade in version 12.0.8
if you have any idea i'll take it

Ok but could you please describe your architecture (local or remote backend..) ?
the backend station has backend product version ? I mean did you install the backend ?
Could you please provide the trace.log ?
Tijo didn't use the 12.0.9 so I don't think it is a problem of product version.

Just in case, did you check PcVue Backend configuration?
If you see that message “Error code: 12 – The supervisor software is not accessible.”
Maybet you didn’t configure any WebProperty Server. You have to configure one in the Application Explorer.
While you are adding one Web Server, consider adding a first window.
Finally restart PcVue.

I put the verion 12.0.8 and webvue is working
architecture : 1 SCADA & 1 Webvue Server (backend /iis server)
maybe the fact to recreate everything works fine now.
I stay with this version for today (I'm on site Palexpo : project with 100'000 tags)
