Hello,
I got a request from a client.
They disconnected WebVue at some point on August 12, then refreshed the browser page and re-entered the username and password to log back in. PcVue runs normally during this process.
The client keeps the relevant logs of IIS. The following two logs were found to be significantly different from the others.
The last two paragraphs of the attachment u_ex220812.txt. GET and POST at time 2022-08-12 10:56:10.
Can we determine the reason based on these two logs?

Something is not clear in your question: When he re-entered the credentials, he could connect or not?

Yes, when he re-enters the user and password, it is possible to log in.

OK, then your question is only to understand the last 2 lines in the logs.
So, the question is: What the user did at time 2022-08-12 10:56:10 ?

Hello, Nico.
Users said they did nothing.
They were running the test and found that WebVue was disconnected on August 22. By looking up the log, they found that there were two unusual messages in the iis log on August 12. But they said nothing special was done on August 12.
