Hi,
A customer uses WebVue on Smart TV (Chrome, Android) for a few months but he faces the following error now. The same credential is working on PC. They informed that they didn't change any settings in PcVue.

What is the PcVue version?
Did they try to reboot the TV? Empty the navigator cache?

They tried rebooting but not clear cache.

After clearing the cache, it's working.
For my knowledge, could you please explain why it's happening? and How it can be avoided?
