Hi,
A customer face the following issue once he deploys a site. He tried many times, like start again from scratch etc. What is the reason for this error?

Arrgh sorry Tijo, I didn't see that!
It is not really possible to help you if you don't give more inputs. Minimum is
- OS
- IIS Version
- PcVue version
- Architecture (according the Webvue architecture standard document)

Hello Tijo,
You can also check by opening Log Monitor. Here are usually some extra lines of errors which is not visible on PcVue trace.
Other than that, during setup of website from scratch, is there any problem or errors in deployment?

Hi Tijo, I've got the same issue today on a customer site. With a website deploy with the name of the machine or add ip, it works fine- like : https://10.2.02.31/webclient but if we use a website with the DNS of the client, we ve got the same issue as you. : https://my-site.ch/webclient To solve it, Ludo (thkans again ;)) redirects me to KB 1032. And with this small tool "OAuth Database Administration Tool", it saves my day and my night! (the tools zip has a password to unzip it, it's mentionned in the KB) Please let us know if it solve or not you issue. PS : My project was on PcVue 12.0.18 Manu
