im work in PcVue Japan.
I have a question about webvue。I reproduced the problem that happened to the customer。
When Webvue runs continuously for about four days.The time display on Webvue will freeze，and I cannot open the MMC in Webvue。However, at this time, Webvue can still log in, but it cannot be operated after logging in, and can only stay on the initial screen。Both IIS and PcVue are running normally。But when I restart PcVue where the Webvue server is located, this problem will be fixed.I want to ask what is the cause of this problem and how to solve it。
Below is the version of PcVue I used
PcVue version 12.0.16[32347]
Number of Webvue users :5。

Hello,
First of all: welcome in our great PcVue family !
Regarding your WebVue issue, it could come from the opening mimic or something else like a general memory leak...
You can check thelog files to see if there is any memory leak or strange things there, and another possible test to is to define another opening mimic and check if you have the same behavior.
I opened the ticket #121289 in our internal helpdesk so that somebody here could help you (I'll on holidays for three weeks)
It could be usefull to send an email with the ticket id to support@arcinfo.com with your log files and the project for further investigations.
