Hello,
During the last ITM I realized some of you guys didn't use Liberkey and even didn't know it!
Big mistake I guess !
First of all: Why using Portable tools?
1. When you go on site and you are not allowed installing third party software.
2. When you have a new Station or using Virtual Machines it's quite a pain in the ass to install your tools. For example, here in Malaysia, on our Network, we have a folder Tools containing all usual Portable tools needed when working in a VM. After every VM setup, first thing to do: Copy this folder in the VM Hard disk...
Now, why Liberkey? Because it's the best and more complete collection of Portable tools. It is in english and in french (softwares too).
Of course some very specific portable tools are not in the Liberkey but you can add them manually (typically the Matrikon OPC Explorer (Client) or Wireshark).
The attached Excel file is listing the tools that are IN the Liberkey Ultimate Suite. Note that even in the Ultimate there is not all tools. You can find the difference between what you have on your disk and what is available on the Catalog (Liberkey tools / Manage Applications / Browse the applications catalog).
Don't hesitate adding a tool that I missed.
