Hi Tijo,
I dont know how it is done in the DEMO_BMS but to reply your questions:
1. You can use Data Export feature to export raw data and/or sample data and/or statistics to an Excel file or CSV file.
2. PcVue doesn't have natively Report feature. You have several ways to create your own Annual Energy Report (Excel, VBA, SQL Server Reporting Services, etc...). The most easy is to use Dream Report software which is part of the Pcvue Solutions.
