What does this error means on the HDS
"CSchTable::UpdateBatch __ Key violation I ="
I'm at the site now, was looking for the same issue on KB,Forum and our helpdesk, but there were none.

Halo Abdul,
SQL Server through an error to HDS when it try to insert record.
=> This error is a "Key Violation".
That significate HDS is trying to insert two times the same record in an SQL Server table (same chrono, name, value, quality).
It's not a problem if this error occurs at startup or during a specifical life cycle of application.
