Hello!
I have a customer with 1 x Windows Server 2008 R2 & PcVue 10 SP1 (10.0.16015 SP1 Update15) and 5 Terminal clients.
Sometimes on his HDS.LOG (of the main/server PcVue instance) appear something like this:
2013/07/25,14:09:41.213,SERVERIMPIANTI,amministratore,HDS,E,0,0,CSchTable::UpdateBatch __ Call TreatComError ID = 'EVENTILOG' iTest = 40
2013/07/25,14:09:41.229,SERVERIMPIANTI,amministratore,HDS,E,0,0,CSchTable::TraceInvalidRecords __ Unexpected Error ID = 'Error writing information. status : 4097 record : '20;130192261607610000;8;EVENTI;1;[NULL];14;1024;8;Transizione a 1;8;V2.CAB2.UTA.ST_VEN_M;5;1;1;[NULL];2;192;1;[NULL];1;[NULL];1;[NULL];1;[NULL];1;[NULL];1;[NULL];2;1;256;2013-07-25T11:42:40.761Z;1;[NULL]''
In your opinion what can happen?
It could be a problem of rights and permissions SQL Server? This customer infact has changed the Windows user configuration AFTER the SQL Server installation and actually the SQL login mode is "Windows authentication".
Anyway it's strange because it happen only few times in a day and this project store a lot of data.
Thankyou!
If it's a permission issue it should be always not sometimes.
Are you sure there is not a third line with the SQL Server internal error code?
Thank you Nicolas!
I agree with your supposition about permissions but is the only "clue" I have actually.
Unfortunately no third line with the SQL server internal code error! 🙁
For the same project I have opened an SPR for another issue (crash), and if you want to take a look in /Appels support/48536 you can find logfiles (Log Files.7z).
In your opinion what can be the next step? Ask customer for enabling all traces of HDS & open an SPR? :unsure:
Thankyou!
Hello Filippo,
I think it is a good idea to activate all traces and then create an SPR.
