Hi Lily
Sorry I did not see your message on the forum.
I have a couple of questions:
Did you customer try with a test project rather than its full project?
What 104 client does your customer uses?
Can you send us the log files and the C directory of your customer?
When does the messages appears?
Send all the necessary files to services@arcinfo.Com so we can create a ticket for you.
Bye for now
Manu
Hello,
It is solved by decreasing the number of variables that with property of 'Enable spontaneous transmission' checked.
From global setting of IEC104 Server, we can have 100 spontanous events queued at most. But the customer has more than 700 variables.

Hello all,
The number of spontaneous transition is by default set to 100 at the server definition level.
The maximum value at this level is 100.
Nevertheless this number can be change according to data type at the sector level.
Please refer to the screenshot attached. Sorry I don't know how to insert an image directly
That should solve your problem Mark and Lily 😉
Thank you.
We are confusing why the maximum value is 100 at the server definition level?
Mark
The max is 100 at the server level because it impact all the sector defined under the serveur if you don't change individual sector manually.
The number would be to big for all the sector. It forces the user to modify the sector he needs individually.
