S7 300 and NTP server

Hi

One of my customer told me that if he activates the NTP configuration on its S7-300 then PcVue 9.0 (with IP-ISO-S7 protocol) can not coummunicate anymore with it. If he deactivates NTP configuration, PcVue communication is OK. What could be the trouble ?
