Activation of "start communication" option in file

Hi,
is there a way to de-/activate the option "Start communication" for equipments via a configuration file?
I tried with the entry in the param.dat, but it doesn't seem to work.

FIRST,0,"",0,"",0,0,0,0,"",0,0,""

Anybody got an idea?

The 7th field of "FIRST" flag is the good one...
Maybe the communication is started through a Scada Basic program.

it is in fact the PROG line :

PROG,"","","","","","","","",0,0,1
