Hi Johannes,

I created a new topic.

Sorry, your question is not really clear...

Hi Johannes,

To use the protocol Lonworks with PcVue, you need both LNS Server and a Lonworks project (the result could be a LNSDB or LonDB).

PcVue interfaces the LCA Object Server of Echelon LNS Server.
The LonDB can be created by specific tools such as Echelon LonMaker world wide.
Depending on the country, other solutions exist for configuring a Lonworks network/project. In France, System Integrator often use Newron NL220.

So installing LNS Server has no sense.
LNS Server (thus LCA Object Server) is installed at the same time with the specific Lonworks tool configuration.

KR
Edouard
