OPC DA Client connection to PcVue Server

Hello,

a customer of ours would like to connect to the PcVue OPC Server via OPC DA and he would also like to work with the connection of an interactive user.

Respectively I need to say, the connection already works. The customer just has a question about that:
On both PCs runs a Windows Server 2008 R2 system and apparently it requires a RDP Session on the OPC server machine to establish a connection with the interactive user option. When the session is closed, the connection is still there. So far, so good.
But the thing about required RDP session is quite incomfortable.

Is there some way to work around that?

Did somebody have a similar request or experience?

Customer uses PcVue as a service now.
All problems and questions he had are resolved by that.
