Hi,

One of our customer has the following issue:
When it connects to the PcVue server using RDP the modbus communication TCP/IP stops.

PcVue server is running on W7 or 8.1
So far I dont know if the version is 11.0 or 11.1

Anybody got similar issue?

OK got it.

Actually it is not related as they just take control Windows using RDP but not running PcVue on the RDP session.

Can you give us the PcVue Log File.
Furthermore your modbus Ip communication master or slave?

It's master.
Ok I will ask to collect but my feeling is those guys just made atry one day and had this behaviour. I am not sure they kept the logs.
Wait and see...
