Hi,

Anybody knows a good configuration between PcVue and Novanet (SAUTER OPC server) with the last Novanet version 2.2.0.11?
http://www.sauter.fr/uploads/tx_cabagpdm/461517.pdf

The problem: in PcVue we can see all branches of a Novanet register but not the leaves, so we can not mapping...
The test with MATRIKON is the same so the problem comes from SAUTER.

I search again because we need to know if there is a specific configuration to Novanet like another topic about the S7-1200 of Siemens with TIA Portal.

The customers told me that an old Novanet version works.

I asked this question to the customers and he told me that it's not work, like if Novanet block the browsing and so the mapping.

That's strange as browsing and Mapping are really 2 different features in OPC.
Next troubleshooting step is to activate the OPC traces in PcVue and analyse them...

Ok, I took the remote control of his desktop and I map handly the register (like your request) and it works well.
So the mapping is resolved.

But now, the customer ask me on the driver list on our website and if you see SAUTER you will see an ActiveX named Timetable, and now there is a big question WHO play with this ActiveX???
