Hello,
One of our customer is using a gateway with Modbus TCP in their project. PcVue cannot communicate with it,but we can capture good frames returned from it with wireshark. we also use ModScan32 to communicate with this gateway, and it is very good.Anyone has this experience?

Hello,
I think I had the same experience one time.
The Modbus102 tool was able to comunicate with a PLC, but PcVue had the 108 error.
With Wireshark we understood that the equipement behind the converter send us a CRC that was not necessary.
The equipment vendor changed this, then it is working well with PcVue.

Thanks for your share, I think it's very useful for this problem,I also found two bytes useless data,which must be CRC code.:)
