Hi guys,

One customer just reinstall Windows, recover the project and now he has the error code 7 on S7 protocol.
Any experience on this error code?

Hello,

I already had this error and it's a problem from the dll AGLINK40.
Is there a mix between S7 and Modbus protocol in the project ?
Which PcVue version does he use ?

You can fix the problem by installing the updated dll which is situated in the BIN folder of the latest PcVue Version (11.0 for example). That's the Duval advice.

I should write it before but my customer is using the V9. I am not sure the V11 DLL could work with a V9...

Hello,

I can confirm that the AGLink40.DLL is not linked to a special version of PcVue.
You can use either the version of a 10 SP1 / Build, 10 SP2 or Any 11 in a 9.0

I confirm.

I install this dll from the version 11.0 onto a computer using a version 8.10 SP7 and it works.
