Hello!

I have 2 PcVue redundant server and 1 separated machine for Dream Report.

In order to use the WebServices Dream Report driver to get data from my PcVue station... is there any way to manage redundancy?
Or I'm forced to link only one server at time?

(If it's not supported at all I can imagine external solution using a Load Balancer like nginx...? Or switch to OPC,which instead supports redundancy...)

Thank you for any idea!

Hi Filippo,

Load Balancing could work in 1 condition: If DR makes the login every time before he makes the request.
Indeed, one limit of the load balancing is: It is to NOT sharing the session token. Therefore, when the main server is lost the client (here DR) must login again to the new active server.
