Error: failed to create an empty doc

Hi,

I got a call from a customer who asked why after he restarted the project on one of the client computers, error message box pop up: Failed to create an empty file/doc. (No such an error occurred on other client stations) See below:

1944=299 startuperror

We never met this kind of error, has anybody experienced this kind of error message?
