Hello,
I have a customer under Windows XP and PcVue 10 SP2.
When he starts PcVue, you can only see the process SV32.exe appears and immediately disappears in the Task Manager. No error message, no logs, nothing.
He tried to uninstall and reinstall Pcvue to not avail.
We tried to do a restore of the system to not avail.
Did you ever encounter such issue?

Additional information:
- That issue happens on 2 different laptops, for the same customer.
- The customer reinstalled Window XP (with all the updates) and then PcVue. PcVue worked correctly.
- After reinstalling XP and PcVue, he reinstalled the other software he used to have (Rockwell suite,...) and PcVue is sill working correctly.
While there is solution (reinstalling the operating system), I am still interested about information you could have on this type of issue.
