Sentinel key doesn't work on Virtual PC

Hello all

I've a client whose experiencing problem to read is dongle i virtual PC. He uses PcVue 8.10 version on a XP virtual PC.
Did anyone of you have experiencing this kind of issue ?

Can your customer reading a standard USB thumbdrive?

Hello!

As far as I remember, older version of Microsoft Virtual PC (Xp mode) doesn't work properly with USB devices and Sentinel dongles.

My suggestion is ask your customer to update your version of Microsoft Virtual Pc.

My customer test it with a USB thumbdrive and there is no problem to read it.

In order to make an update of Virtual, how do I know which version he uses ?
