Hello,

- In PcVue 11, clients can manage to connect to a redundant server associtation to take a network license.
For earlier version, is it possible to have this configuration with -k option ? Do we need to put the association number to do that ?

- A client want to have one dongle for all stations of his site. But the are several applications running on the site. Is there a way to configure a station which will distribute all licence for each station ?

BR

Loick

Hi Loick

First point : for earlier version than 11, you can configure -k option with

-k 1,slot_number,station_number

Association number is available only since PcVue 11.

Second point : You can use one dongle if the station is declare into the station.dat file. Your licence server must be configure into each file.

Hi Anthony. Hi Loick.

I do not agree. I know that we were already able in PcVue 9.0 to set the id of an association in the -k option, instead of the station number. Maybe it just was not documented back then...

I agree with Armin.
I remember using it once and it worked correctly...

Association in the -K option exist since old version but I'm not sure that it works correctly regarding PcVue for example.

It would be intersting to make some test.
