Hello,
I have already seen some support files dealing with this message.
Now it is getting more accurate.
...SV,OnQueryEndSession,...
When you have this message in file t. it means PcVue has been asked by another software (including Operating System) to exit (shutdown itself). It can not be a manual requested exit.
It will also depend on PcVue current user and profile but here are the ways to reproduce the exact message in Log Files:
- While project is launched, log off
- While project is launched, shutdown or restart the computer
- While project is launched, a third part software executes a "...system32shutdown.exe" instruction or equivalent
More interesting but similar to the first one
- While project is launched through a Remote Desktop, log off
In this case, it could be a confusion between exiting the RDS / RDP session and Logging off the current user, leading to a PcVue shutdown!
I am waiting for a customer answer yet.
