This message to let you know that the missing Release Notes for the 10.0 generation are completed and published.

Florent and I are starting to work on Release Notes for version 11 and 11.1 (including updates).
The tool to author Release Notes documents based on TFS integrations is ready and will help us achieve these tasks much faster.

Follow the link "published" to KB444 and the summary indicates you that the Readme and Release Notes files are attached to the article.
