Hello Anthony, (funny the way "to(o) big" has been written in PcVue) It reminds me 2 quite old SPR. I am not sure it is alarm manager but rather LAN. http://intra.arcinfo.local/PortailSPR/AnomalieConsultation.aspx?IDanomalie=13744 http://intra.arcinfo.local/PortailSPR/AnomalieConsultation.aspx?IDanomalie=15094 If it is the same explanation, there is no issue for old PcVue versions (> 9.0 SP2) The message is not exactly the same but the way it loops seems the same. To know if they are concerned is asking 2 questions: Do they have a large PcVue workspace with display of trendviewer larger than 1000 pixels Do they have quite big recipes? Regards Edouard
