Trace.dat - SV.Message.Nack ?

Hi,

I have this message every 10sec : Where can I find information to understand what 's going on?

Ciao,

sometimes you can have this kind of messages when you have a discordance between Station number configured in ETCINI.DAT (PINI,X... - where X is Station Number) and what is configured on Multistation Configuration. You can see this in TRACE.LOG because PcVue starts with a Station Number and then it changes his station number during the startup process.

Hi,
I rely on an answer that has been given in a support ticket (121322).
The error message '... 10,[SV.Message.Nack.608.]Stn010'
Means there is an issue while broadcasting the CRON.DAT between local station (no. 10) and station 11.
The customer has been invited to apply KB789.
