Estimados Colegas,
As you know in our selectors when you are looking for an item using the keyboard if you enter for example ‘A’ then ‘N’ the item selected will be the first one beginning with “N” (and not with “AN”), this is because as soon as the selection start changing we draw the “preview”, and drawing the preview between two keyboard inputs put the focus only on the last character entered (I will try to change that may be by introducing a delay before starting drawing the preview)
So if you want to be able to select an item by entering the beginning of the name you have to uncheck the preview, now if you type ‘A’ + ‘N‘ it will put the focus on the first one beginning with “AN”.
Speaking about preview there is an old undocumented feature that is called the “large preview”, when you select Menu / Display / Large Preview then a large window appear, that is quite conformable when you are browsing the mimics.
You can also play with the opacity of the large preview to keep an eye “behind” (pure gadget I agree).
