Estimados Colegas,
Our Russian customers need sometimes to mix Cyrillic and Latin words in the same sentences, for example they have an issue on an equipment and they need to describe the incident in a logviewer comment (in Russian), but name of equipment or other technical terms have to be entered in English. They used to play with OS virtual keyboard to do that but it was quite a pain, so now they can use our own keyboard.
They can start in English, typing the name of an eminent colleague in charge of monitoring,
Then toggle to Russian to finish their comment (or their text send, or VBA input..)
