Hello everybody,
I have a customer to ask me if there is a grid in webvue to display the result of a SQL request?
In fact he wants a replacement of the Aigrid in webvue.
Do you know an other grid, or an other issue?

Hi Fabien,
No sorry, there is no such thing. No support for custom ActiveX in WebVue.
What you could do is to suggest a custom web portal connected to the Web Services Toolkit (similar to the SvWebDemo...).
Of course, there are two important drawbacks:
- Additional license cost
- Coding skills required

P.S.: A custom web portal of course also could connect to PcVue's OPC server, directly to the archiving database or an interface exposed by a SvMgr library (that depends on the kind of data to be displayed in the grid). But taking into account that the web services toolkit allows access to not only real time data but also to alarms and historical data and that it integrates authentication, I think that it is the best option.
