Hello everyone 😉

I have a webvue issue with a client.
After loging in, Nothing happens on the IE window. BUT, in the PcVue event Viewer it says "user1: login succeedeed etc.

After 300s (set timout), on IE we have the popup "Server Timout", and in the event viewer it shows " Property fatal Timemout".

I've done all the tests of the KB605The result is the same.
I've created a simple sample project on a virtual machine with the same PcVue version, and the same JAVA version, it works properly. I took the same project and open it on the client PC and it did not work. I still have the fatal error after 300s.

Does one of you had an idea about this problem?

thank you

Hey EVERYONE,

For those whose would face this WebVue issue one day,

I solved the problem by :

1. Reinstalling the ASPNET
2.Giving the ASPNET users administrators' rights
3. On IE 9, enabling XAML application browser (security level options)

And that was it 🙂

y'all have a good Day.

Hello Gnaroum, hello everybody!

I'm facing a similar issue with PcVue 10 SP1 Update & Webvue on Win7Ultimate 32 bit.

I can access to the login window, but after username & password nothing happen. After a timeout I have "Server not responding".

I have followed your instruction without any result.

Even if I have insert Trace=3 in the webvue.dat, I didn't see nothing in LogFiles regarding WebVue.

Do you know if PcVue 10 SP1 Update & Windows 7/32 & WebVue are validated?

Thankyou!

Ok I auto-reply by myself! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

I have tested an empty VM with W7 SP1 / 32 Bit Ultimate version.

PcVue 10 SP1 (#16036) and:
- Without any Windows Update: WebVue works
- With all Windows Update: WebVue still works

So I still have the problem on the customer PCs and I'm not able to reproduce it, but the interesting information is that WebVue run without problems on Windows 7 32 bit!
