Hello,
This is not the result of my work but (PEB) Pierre-Edouard's one who did use this workaround while facing issue with Java Runtime. I will do his writer.
1/ Download 32 bits Firefox ESR
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/
2/ Download last (offline) JRE
https://www.java.com/fr/download/manual.jsp
3/ Install both softwares (keep only one version for each. Uninstall if needed)
4/ Add WebVue IP in Java security
5/ Always enable Java for Firefox ESR
