Hi Abdul,

For me that means the user has been disconnected because of a time-out.
PropertyServer is the component in PcVue that is managing the WebVue clients.

Sorry, I forgot to post the message that I had sent to Abdul by email:

There is nothing to fix, it is a normal message.

It means that a client application which is connected to PcVue via WebServices (WebVue, TouchVue, WebScheduler or other) has not sent a request to PcVue within a given timespan (default value: 300 seconds). This may happen if the client application was closed without the user logging out or the client application crashing or freezing, or depending on its implementation, just being inactive. The idea behind this mechanism is to avoid that the client access license is not released and available to other users. And another point is that the web access session data shall be released from memory within the sv32 process, in case of inactivity of the client application.

You can change the timeout in the PcVue property settings.
