Hi Guys,
Maybe some of you guys have noticed that one component has been removed in the IIS setup for V11.
No?
It's the Windows Process Activation Service / .NET Environment
In V10
In V11
I asked Jacqueline and that's her answer:
When we set .NET environment under Windows Process Activation Service, a “part” of . Net Fx 3.5 is activated, and v11 does not require .Net Fx 3.5.
The configuration given in the documentation only lists the minimum required, but others settings can be set.
If you use on a same computer both v11 and v10, .Net Environment must be validated for v10, but there is no incompatibility for v11.
