Hello,
Has anyone encountered this problem? After uninstalling PcVue and then installing the OEM version, the following error occurs. see attachment.

Hello Mark,
When you unstall PcVue, you must uninstall the prerequisites for PcVue and WDC (see add/remove programs in settings of your PC) before installing VCM. In my case that works.

Hello Sylvie,
Yes, I did uninstall the prerequisites for PcVue and WDC, and even the SQL server and C++ components. Still getting this error, is there any other way?
