Hello,

Samuel's customer uses Touchvue on iPad (so certainly on iOS). It works, apparently...

But, he has a problem. When he enters 'Name' and 'Password' on the server settings, he ticks memorize identity too. Each time he wants to connect to the server he needs to reenter login and password.

He tried the same test on Android and there is no problem.
Any more experience?

Hi Fabien,

I am afraid your question does not make much sense.

At the moment we only have a native app for Android which "wraps" the core parts of the TouchVue application. It includes features like managing a list of TouchVue servers and their access credentials as well as device-level alarm notification.

For iOS and other platforms we do not have such kind of native app encapsulating the core functionalities. Therefor I cannot believe that the user was on the "Server settings" page under iOS and ticked the "Remember credentials"-option.
Instead, I believe the user accessed the TouchVue server from a web browser (probably Safari or Chrome, when in iOS context). In this case what you see as entry point of the application is the login dialog of the accessed TouchVue server.
