TouchVue Trend Time Filter Issue

Hello guys,
I've a customer using TouchVue. He complained that he is getting incorrect time filter on the predefined 6hr, 1hr, 30 min. For example: If he is filtering 1hr trend data on 8:00 am (current time), the result of the trend data should start from 7:00 am to 8:00 am but he is getting data from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. Future data of 8:00 am to 9:00 am are not available on SCADA database yet and on trend it will always shows straight line.

Questions:
1. I've tested his project using 11.1 and 11.2 using our demo project and the results are as what he said. Now, if this is intended and not a bug, is there a way to make TouchVue trend filter to return data to be current and minus 30 min, 15min, 1hr, 6hr and 1day?

2. The Trend Search function doesn't seem to work. I can't search a specific date and time using the Search function. Is this a bug? Pls advise.

Hello Irwan,

As for Question 1

It is intended as stated in the help:-
•5M, 15M, 30M, 1H, 6H & 1D - Change the period to 5 minutes, 15 minutes etc. Note that the new period uses the start (left hand) time of the existing period as its start time.
