Hello,
Using the last V11.02013 which includes the new libraries, I observed the following :
Randomly, at start of a new project, the attached messages appear in the log viewer. Sometimes there’s no such messages. During my test, I had the following sequence : project 1 :no message,project 2 : 1 message,Project3 : 4messages,Project4 : no messages,and so on
But I think there’s no rule
We’re trying to figure out the problem with Pascale who has not been able to reproduce it on her station yet.
Can you do the test (open several new projects) and tell me if you get those messages?

I report this problem yesterday (it's in my testing plan): SPR 48109
The rule is:
We have this anomaly when we use the library Lib_v1.2Q. If we use the default library of the installation file we don't have this error message.
Other things if we go to the arhitect and we right click on the included template of the error message, then nothing happen (normally a pop up menu appear)
The description of the anomall is:
PcVue build version: PcVue 11 version 11.0_02013
Os information: Windows 7 SP1 Enterprise, 64 bit English version.
To reproduce the anomaly we follow these steps:
1) We start PcVue (new librairie already installed)
2) We see in the event viewer if there are error message
3) Then we can see 4 error message as below:

I spoke to Pascale and she just found the problem...
It's a problem of template object id which are the same. It's a very rare problem, plus the problem doesn't appear if you use default shared libraries (that's why she didn't reproduced first...)
