One of our customer has a project with 977 Nodes on 1 Modbus TCP/IP network.
Who can break this record?

how many frames? and what about the refresh time?:)

Total Frames = 2235

Scan rate configured = 2s (it doesn't mean all data are refreshed every 2s ok...)

Nico,

Can you give more détails on the context (Equipment used, architecture, multi station,time stamp at source, number of eqt variables,and so on)?

One of our customer has/had (it works on it !) a project with 2407 frames but only 81 nodes on modbus tcp-ip network

More details in attachement but sorry only in french.....

Attachment is missing. Use IE as attachment doesnt work correctly with Firefox/Chrome...

@Manu: Why not? Looks like a nice big project. This topic (Guiness book) is done for that!

@Nico: Why are you working on a new architecture? Do you have some troubles?
Something is missing in your doc: The dispatch of equipment variables per associations. You have 6 single active assoc. Can we consider each association is managing 209,000 / 6 = 35000 equipment variables (roughly)?
Another information good to know is: How many alarms?
